Our Story

This all started in a place that holds my heart - Georgian Bay. If you've been, you know. If you haven't, imagine endless rocky shorelines, windswept pines, quiet coves, and water so clear it feels unreal. It's rugged and wild and beautiful in a way that embraces your soul and stays forever.

My most cherished memories are from days spent boating through the islands, swimming off the rocks, finding hidden spots only locals know, and just being out there with family and friends - no schedule, no signal, just the Bay and the people you love. That’s where this idea was born. Not in an office, but somewhere between a sunrise swim and a sunset paddle.

BayGirl represents the girls and women of all ages and stages who feel that same pull, who are fierce and full of wander, who have no fear of exploring, and who draw energy from the big swells and steady breezes rolling in off the Bay. Whether you're barefoot on the rocks or bundled up on a windswept dock, you're one of us.

This shop is a tribute to Georgian Bay and the Bay Folk who call it home- even if just for a day or weekend at a time.
